MEALS

This year all meals are VEGAN and GLUTEN-FREE. 
The following meals are included in your ticket price:

4 Breakfasts (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon)
4 Lunches (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon)
4 Dinners (Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun)

There will be a separate kitchen space available for anyone with special dietary requirements, and anyone that wants to bring and cook their own food and meat.

IMPORTANT: there will be a small selection of teas, but COFFEE is considered a "treat" / "personal item" and is NOT included in the budget!  If you are a big coffee fan, we suggest that you bring some of your favorite beans (already ground, unless you have a battery-powered grinder), and team up with the other coffee fiends and make some at every meal, or whenever you need it.  You won't be alone :-)

Please bring any snacks needed between meals, a cup, bowl, plate and personal cutlery, and your own water, juice or any drinks needed.

There's a lot of opportunity to help with preparation, cooking, and cleaning.

Dinner: Veggie Burgers and/or Falafel Wraps

 

Friday

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Pancakes, Cereal and Fruit

Lunch: Soup (TBD) + Salad Bar

Dinner : Veggie Chili, Quinoa Salad, Salsa, Nacho Chips

 

Saturday

Breakast : Oatmeal, Pancakes, Cereal and Fruit

Lunch : Carrot Ginger Soup + Salad Bar

Dinner : Vegetable Curry, Rice, Asparagus Salad

 

Sunday

Breakast : Oatmeal, Pancakes, Cereal and Fruit

Lunch : Lentil Soup + Salad Bar

Dinner : Pasta and Ceasar Salad

 

Monday

Breakast : Oatmeal, Pancakes, Cereal and Fruit

Lunch: TBD
